currently i'm cultivating an obsession with st. trinian's, the fictitious girls school of anarchy created by Ronald Searle. right now i'm just reading 'the whole appalling business' on lunch at work, but i'm making some amazon investigations and some day i'll work up to the movie. i suppose i could save it and write about it after i've done these things, but i bet i won't have anything new to contribute. clearly many before me have touted the drawings and the resulting films for being witty, feminist, and entertaining. this guy is crazy for them. there's just something about wild, violent, pubescent girls with english accents and garter belts.
